PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy

OHMYPLAY processes information needed to operate the website and provide OHMYPLAY StudioCAM, and protects it in accordance with applicable privacy laws.Effective · August 14, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to the OHMYPLAY corporate website, product inquiries submitted through it, and the OHMYPLAY StudioCAM iOS and Android apps. External streaming platforms connected by a StudioCAM user are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Information processed on the website

We process the following information to receive and respond to product inquiries and, when permitted by the visitor, understand website use.

Purpose
Receive product inquiries, review product and deployment scope, respond, and follow up
Required
Product of interest, company or organization, name, email, and inquiry details
Optional
Phone number and country or region
Retention
One year after the consultation ends
Optional analytics
Page URL, referrer, visits, clicks, scrolling, inquiry conversions, browser and device information, and approximate region derived from IP address

Information may be retained longer when required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve a dispute. You can submit an inquiry without providing optional information.

3. Information processed by OHMYPLAY StudioCAM

StudioCAM processes the following information so a signed-in user can select an OHMYPLAY Studio organization, event, and CAM and connect a mobile device as a broadcast camera.

Account and profile
Name, email address, authentication provider, Firebase user ID, organization membership, and role
Camera and microphone content
Camera video and microphone audio explicitly permitted by the user, plus the latest thumbnail used to show CAM status. Live video and audio are sent to destinations configured by the user in OHMYPLAY Studio.
Device and broadcast state
App, OS, and device identifiers; permission, battery, thermal, network, and storage state; connected organization, event, and CAM; streaming, recording, and overlay state; and performance information such as bitrate and frame rate
Diagnostics
Crash information, error logs, app performance, and other diagnostic information
Purposes
Authentication and access control; organization, event, and CAM display and pairing; live broadcasting, recording, and remote control; device-status display; security, troubleshooting, and service improvement
Retention
Account, subscription, and membership information is retained until account deletion. The latest thumbnail is updated at the same storage path. Organization-owned event, broadcast, and audit records may remain as organization data as needed for service integrity, disputes, or legal obligations. Recordings saved on the device are controlled by the user.

The Google Sign-In SDK may process a phone number, coarse location, device identifiers, and usage information during authentication, but OHMYPLAY does not separately store a phone number or coarse location in the StudioCAM Firestore user document. Camera and microphone access begins only after the user grants permission and selects a CAM.

4. Disclosure to third parties

OHMYPLAY does not disclose your personal information to third parties unless you separately consent or disclosure is permitted or required by law.

6. Deletion

We delete personal information without undue delay when its purpose has been fulfilled or its retention period expires. A StudioCAM user can initiate deletion after reauthentication from Account > Delete Account in the app. Account deletion removes the Firebase authentication identity, user subscription document, and organization memberships; an Apple-authenticated account also has its Apple authorization token revoked. Organization-owned broadcast records or information that must be retained by law are kept separately and deleted when the applicable purpose ends. Electronic files are deleted in a manner designed to prevent recovery, and any paper records are shredded or destroyed.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent. A StudioCAM account can be deleted directly in the app. For other requests, contact our privacy team below, and we will respond after verifying your identity. We will explain any restriction required by applicable law.

8. Security

We limit access to personnel who need it and use safeguards including encrypted transmission, access controls, and security reviews to protect personal information from loss, theft, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

9. Automatically generated data and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website use and improve product and inquiry journeys. Analytics loads only after a visitor selects ‘Allow analytics’; advertising storage and personalized advertising remain disabled. Visitors can change this choice at any time through ‘Cookie settings.’ StudioCAM does not use personalized advertising tracking. Device and app information and crash diagnostics may be processed automatically through Firebase for security and troubleshooting. Hosting infrastructure may generate IP addresses and request logs for the minimum necessary period.
