OHMYPLAY processes only the information needed to operate the website and respond to product inquiries, and protects it in accordance with applicable privacy laws.Effective · August 12, 2026

This policy applies to the OHMYPLAY corporate website and product inquiries submitted through it. Separate privacy policies may apply to individual product services linked from this website.

Information may be retained longer when required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve a dispute. You can submit an inquiry without providing optional information.

OHMYPLAY does not disclose your personal information to third parties unless you separately consent or disclosure is permitted or required by law.

4. Processing service and international transfer

We use an email delivery provider to securely deliver your inquiry to our company inbox. This processing is necessary to respond to your request and prepare for a potential contract. The details are disclosed below in accordance with Article 28-8(1)(3) of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act.

5. Deletion

We delete personal information without undue delay when its purpose has been fulfilled or its retention period expires. Electronic files are deleted in a manner designed to prevent recovery, and any paper records are shredded or destroyed.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent. Contact our privacy team below, and we will respond after verifying your identity. We will explain any restriction required by applicable law.

7. Security

We limit access to personnel who need it and use safeguards including encrypted transmission, access controls, and security reviews to protect personal information from loss, theft, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

8. Automatically generated data and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website use and improve product and inquiry journeys. Analytics loads only after a visitor selects ‘Allow analytics’; advertising storage and personalized advertising remain disabled. Visitors can change this choice at any time through ‘Cookie settings.’ Hosting infrastructure may still generate IP address, browser and device data, access time, and request logs for security and error handling and process them for the minimum necessary period.

10. Privacy complaints

11. Changes to this policy

This policy takes effect on August 12, 2026. If it changes, we will publish the changes and their effective date on this website.
